My yoga classes focus on mindful breathing, linking conscious breath with physical movement, somatic awareness, and safe alignment. I use slow, simple, Vinyasa-inspired sequencing and guided breathwork to create a spacious, de-compressed container in which you can more fully explore the experience of being alive in your physical body. My trauma-informed approach to teaching yoga focuses on activating your sense of agency in, and relationship with, your body, so your nervous system can feel safer more often.
